Welcome to the Manatee REIA website! I truly hope this site will be a resource and a useful tool to help you meet all of your real estate investing goals. For those of you who are members of the Manatee REIA, the Members Only side of the site can be accessed with your login credentials. Here you will find bulletin boards, additional resources, a place to post classifieds, and much more. Our hope is that you actually use this site and send others our way as well.

We are certainly living in historic times in our economy and our real estate market. As Warren Buffett once said, "The time to get interested is when no one else is. You can't buy what is popular and do well." I believe we will look back at the mid-2000 years and see it as an opportunity taken or missed. While others sit on the sidelines thinking about creating wealth, I hope you will join us in actually doing it.
